Hi!
Great site. I've looked at some of the threads but haven't been able to find an answer to this. I'm going to Venezuela in May and will do some volunteer work for 2-3 mths. Afterwards I'd like to go to Argentina, Peru, Costa Rica..as many places as possible really! My issue is I've booked a one way ticket to Venezuela but I obviously need a return for legal reasons. If I book a return from there can I still enter and exit other countries once I don't overstay the 90 days or will they require proof also? |

Hi Pam,
Thanks very much for the kind words. Great to hear you're going to do some volunteer work in Venezuela. Border crossing in South America is very straightforward. Customs will not check your outbound flight when you enter or leave a country. I traveled 18 months with an open jaw flight ticket, crossed many borders, never had issues. Best wishes, Mark
