Hi Jim and Jen,
![]() ![]() ![]() I personally do not know of any places in South America with lots of snakes. The only snake I've seen was an anaconda. To see an abundance of other wildlife I can highly recommend taking a tour in Rurrenabaque in Bolivia. The tour operator will drive from there to Santa Rosa. In Santa Rosa you will embark on a motorized canoe and tour for 3 days. I've heard some good things about the Pantanal in Brazil. Although I've been in the area I didn't take a tour myself. ![]() I spent 3 weeks on the Galapagos Islands and toured the islands for 1 week. The wildlife there is absolutely breathtaking. Highly recommended. Best wishes, Mark
