Default Santa Cruz votes for autonomy

A referendum was held in the Eastern department Santa Cruz for more autonomy. Hundreds of people waving the green and white flag, the colors of Santa Cruz came on the streets to celebrate the final result. 85% of the voters are for more autonomy.

President Morales is not going to accept the result. The referendum is considered illegal. Voices of forces trying to destabilize the government and divide Bolivia are growing stronger.

Whatever the outcome, locals of Santa Cruz are celebrating in the streets singing and dancing.
